Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, and you can also collect from the shop in Twickenham. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles can take a little longer than the times below.

Delivery is free on orders over £20, worked out on the order total before delivery. Delivery is added at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full amount first.
When we send your order
We pack orders Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays, and send them with Evri. You'll get an email when your order is on its way, with a tracking link so you can follow it.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Under UK law, if we haven't agreed a date with you, we'll deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel late? Give it 3 working days beyond the estimate, then email us and we'll chase it with Evri.
- Parcel says delivered but isn't there? Check with neighbours and around your property, then contact us within 7 days so we can raise it with Evri.
- Damaged on arrival? Email thetwinsbarbers@gmail.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. See our returns & refunds page.
- Wrong address? Tell us as soon as you can. Once a parcel has gone we may not be able to change it, and a re-delivery may cost extra.
Collection from the shop
Choose "collect in store" at checkout and we'll email when your order is ready. Collect from 34 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3LJ during Monday to Friday 9.30am–7pm, Saturday 9am–6pm, Sunday 10am–5pm. Please bring your order number.
