These terms apply when you buy products from this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

How the contract is made
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.
- A contract forms when we email to say your order has been dispatched, or that it is ready to collect.
- If we can't accept your order, for example an item is out of stock or mispriced, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. See our delivery page.
- We accept card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and payment on collection at the shop.
- Payment is taken when you order. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we don't have to supply at that price. We'll contact you first.
Delivery
See our delivery page for costs and timings. Goods become your responsibility when they're delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancelling, returning and refunds
You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and get your money back, and you have separate legal rights if goods are faulty. Because our products are sealed for hygiene and safety, we can't accept a return once the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty. Full details are on our returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Our products
- Photographs are for illustration; packaging and shade may vary slightly.
- Please read the label and ingredients before use, and patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. If you react to a product, stop using it.
- Our products are for external use only and are not medicines.
- Orders through this website must be placed by someone aged 18 or over, as a payment card is needed. This doesn't apply to our barbershop services, where customers of any age are welcome.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breaking them or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights about goods.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We're not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
Events outside our control
If something beyond our reasonable control delays or prevents us fulfilling your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible. You can cancel and get a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.
